Matt.

Business coaches are a dime a dozen. They've all read the same books, they do the same stuff, and they get the same mediocre results. Most of them are out of the game within a year or two, leaving a trail of unhappy clients.

I've been doing this for 25 years. Some of my clients have been with me for approaching 20 years. Let that sink in. These aren't people who got stuck or forgot to cancel. They're smart, successful business owners who keep renewing because the work keeps delivering. That's the only reason people stay that long.

I've worked with owners and leadership teams across eight countries and industries, from scrappy startups to billion-dollar operations. I've seen what works and, more importantly, what looks like it works until it doesn't. That difference matters enormously when it's your business on the line.

I've also built and owned businesses myself. I know what it feels like to be the one signing the payroll, dealing with a difficult staff member at 7 am, or wondering if this quarter is going to be the one that finally breaks you. I'm not coaching from a textbook. I'm coaching from experience.

Outside of work, most importantly, I'm a father, I ride bikes, and when the whim takes me, I compete in Ironman triathlons. I've had a weekly reading habit for 28 years and I invest in high growth businesses, some i work with, some i don't. I mention these things because they speak to how I approach everything I do. Consistency. Doing hard things on purpose. Paying attention to detail.

I've written a few books: The Best Small Business in the World is a straight-talking guide for owners who want practical strategy, not theory, to grow their business. I have also written The Big Black Book on Leadership, the Winners Playbook and the Sales Playbook.

I work on a monthly retainer. No fixed contracts, no lock-in periods. In an industry where most coaches tie you into 18-month agreements before you've even figured out if they're any good, I think that says something.

You stay because it's working. Full stop.
